Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders above CHF 500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies.

All international shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority Express or DHL Express. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days within Europe, and 3–5 business days for international orders.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will vary depending on your shipping destination. Taxes and duties are collected upon delivery by your local customs authority.

Please note that LAYESION ships from Switzerland. All international shipments are therefore subject to customs clearance at destination.

RETURNS

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that items are unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, in their original packaging. All returns must be authorised before being sent.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@layesion.com with your order number and the reason for return. If approved, we will respond with a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are as follows: returns from Switzerland are complimentary. For returns from the European Union, a flat fee of CHF 40 will be deducted from your refund. For all other destinations, a flat fee of CHF 60 will be deducted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items received in a damaged or defective condition are eligible for a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you. Please notify us within 3 calendar days of the recorded delivery date with photographic evidence of both the damage and the packaging as received.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
